A joint bid between HIEC NE and NHS Innovations North has recently been successful in attracting funding of £1.2 million from the European Regional Development Fund.
What We Do
HIEC NE will be supporting specific projects spanning four core themes: Innovative Education, Innovative Technology, Innovative Service Delivery Solutions and NHS North East Contractual Commitments, as illustrated in the Figure below.
Phase 1 includes the first projects that were selected by HIEC NE to support their development.
Phase 2 projects span the breadth of the HIEC NE agenda and includes the successful projects awarded funding in the recent funding call.
